I had a very disappointing experience at Subway (Store 32038) on September 14th around 8:00 PM. I waited for 20 minutes before being attended to, even though the staff member, Thushri, was clearly struggling with the computer system and kept calling for assistance from someone named John, who appeared to be a supervisor. Despite seeing us waiting, John didn’t come out to help.
When I finally asked Thushri to take my order, it took her 10 minutes to prepare it, and she had difficulty wrapping it properly. The billing process was just as frustrating, as she had to call John again for help, which extended the checkout by another 10 minutes. In total, it took me around 30 to 35 minutes to leave the store, which is far too long for a simple order.
As a regular customer, I’ve come to expect much quicker service at Subway, where orders are usually completed in 5 minutes. It was disappointing to feel like in-store customers were not being valued. This experience was not acceptable, and I hope the store management takes steps to address...
Read moreDishonest employees Tried ordering through doordash on a Saturday, the sandwiches were refunded as they said it was not in stock however the drinks were still being delivered so I tried ringing to change the order and they were unable to as they had refunded it, so we received 2 drinks with no lunch. Ended up going in to get sandwiches a couple hours later since the pageant was on and other places weren't able to deliver because of it. The customer service was very poor. Other than that I have had one more experience saying that we are out of material such as bread and veggies so we can't take you order in.
