Not a bad Shiraz vendor and not expensive. Certainly you can taste the dark berries and vanilla in their wine. Generally I always like Australian wines, they don’t ride the coat tails of their heritage like the French wine vendors, the Australian wines are real. We did the wine and chocolate pairing at Schild - fantastic experience. Great chocolates paired with great wines, with friendly guidance. Highly recommend! (Note that you need to book this ahead and it's $20pp)
