Disgusted to see so many flies on the bench where they assemble the sandwiches, flies inside the salad area and even on their overhead lit menu area. The bloke had already started making it so I didn't feel right about canceling my order. Have a fragile person I was buying it for, so when I took it back home and told them what I had seen they just binned the sandwich. Also the other worker was reaching to get stuff from the salad section and his sleeve was getting into my sandwich being prepared Total waste of my time and money. I demand a refund. As it's only fair. If you want good /regular clientele you will definitely need to up your game. This Subway closed down last year. The last day of trading was 26 October 2018. Probably for the same reason as other businesses at Castle Plaza Shopping Centre have either closed or moved. THE ABSOLUTE GREED OF THE SHOPPING CENTRE MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS OF THE CENTRE. Very bad that great businesses have to shut down or move because of these uncaring simpletons. Subway management don't seem to care either, as to what Subways close, as the one at Black Forest shut down around the same time. Exemplary customer service! The lady who served me and my mother yesterday afternoon was warm, friendly and professional, and the food was tasty. I was also sitting in store enjoying my sandwich when a man who I presume was a store manager or perhaps the owner who arrived and began to train these two young staff members on how to use the coffee machine. As a former food and hospitality worker, I was very impressed with the quality of his training - he seemed very passionate about what he was teaching, and was very accommodating and patient with the boys.
