Buying your x lotto is a bad experience their,you ask for your x lotto for that day plus two more x lotto tickets for that day only to get home and wait for x lotto to come on the telly then check your tickets and realize they've repeated the 3 x lotto tickets exactly the same as the first ticket and when I went back the next day to point this out they couldn't be any unapologetic at all but say I must of asked for the same tickets there skills on running x lotto games is shameful and utterly disgraceful and wouldn't recommend anyone buying your tickets from their but it's amazing to watch how super quick to rush and give patrons change for the slot machines while others are trying to get their keno game's in and missing out for that game because slot's are a better revenue so my view is they should lose the x lotto and keno just keep the slots, and the Highway Inn on Anzac Highway should...

Upon calling up, the staff member said, 'ohh yes, I can see that sitting on the bench, we must have forgot to give it to you'. I said we couldn't come back given we were on our way to school sports and asked whether they could refund 50% of the meal. She put me through to the manager who could only be described as rude and dismissive. After explaining that my meal was wrecked given I only eat the salad, I asked for 1 meal to be half price the next week. He simply said there's nothing more I can do for you and stated 'you've received most of the meal'... I could not believe my ears. I asked for his name and he refused before hanging up on me!
