STAY CLEAR FROM THIS DIRTY AND UNWELCOMING KITCHEN. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

Came through last night around midnight to order some food and a coffee before work. An older woman was by herself making food, did not at all seem like she was happy or wanted to be there. I waited over 5 minutes after pressing the bell for her to come around and serve me as she was making food for a couple. She eventually came over and served me. She was short and snappy when asking me what I wanted, I told her what I was after (a brekkie burrito and a hot chocolate, specifying twice to her that I was after almond milk). She walked off while leaving the eftpos machine, I scanned my phone and realised it wasnt even ready to scan my card. I then waited another 5 minutes for the woman to get the couples food. She came over and huffed saying that my "payment didnt go through." I said to her that the "machine wasnt ready and also the guys behind me werent with me and were waiting to be served." She then rolled her eyes and I asked for a cookie on another transaction, this obviously annoyed her and she walked away. I then watched her walk off and I sat down. After 5 to 10 minutes, I watched her hand out the orders before me then she went over and made my coffee. This entire time her hair was down and she wasnt wearing gloves. I watched her make my coffee then chuck it in the dirty milkshake maker?? then chuck it back on the barista machine. I asked for a regular coffee and she gave me a tiny small one. I grabbed the coffee, paid for the cookie then went to sit down. I hear a "YOU WANT YOUR COOKIE OR NOT?" coming out from the window infront of other customers. I come over, grab it and hover around. She eventually comes back with my burrito and I ask for her name. She laughs in my face and says "Gandalf". I ended up leaving. Coffee was made with normal milk and in a dirty coffee machine and cross contaminated with a dirty milkshake machine which had buildup over the spinner. She wasnt using gloves then touching various food with her hands. The burrito made me sick and was not at all the way I used to get it in Nuriootpa (wasnt cut up, egg was undercooked, no sauce, fatty mess). Cookie was as dry as the desert and was hard enough to break teeth. I have worked in food for over 10 years and honestly with the complaints on here, im surprised this business hasnt been investigated yet. Honestly Tony, what the hell was that experience and why do you allow staff to operate a customer service role when they are behaving like this to customers? I will be sending an email to headquarters and not recommending or going back to...

Extremely upset, I am late for work. I waited patiently for nothing.... I repeat myself saying same thing over and over again of my order request three times saying only want chip, gravy and cheese that is all. I was annoyed I had to apologise and put on my hearing aid, still couldn't communicate or understand with with the lady properly. All I could do was agreed.. she added chicken in my meal which I didn't know till I arrive at my work place. I went everywhere to find a place not to eat any meat... Expect something that was close to meat. Chicken affect my hormones a lot. I took a two bite at work and I started to cried... Realised there was meat in my meal... Why... I wish people just accepted my order and stop changing or adding new idea. I had to throw it in the bin. I was 1 hour late for work too. I won't be coming back... Even the recharge walls are gone. The lady couldn't understand me... So disappointed 😞 I even called her back on the phone and ask why she did this, she said she ask me about menu order which requires and does include chicken in it. Please don't follow menu and only follow customer's follow only from now on. I am shocked and now my hormones is all screw up over a mistake 🥺 I am now vomiting and what worse she even said that they ran out of chips over the phone meaning that she had refused to re make me another one... I want a refund!!!!. I thought was odd she didn't give me my receipt too, but I do have proof of transactions in my bank of the purchase. Now I am sick and still hungry because the lady couldn't understand me and made a mistake which is 100% unacceptable. I am unsure if I can even finish my...

Absolutely terrible customer service, bitterly disappointed with the whole experience.

Placed an order for pick up, got it and went home only to realize that my order was wrong(wrong schnitty topper containing jalapenos and I can't eat spicy food). Called up about it and spoke to a worker whose vocabulary was limited to "ummmm"... I requested my actual order delivered..eventually she said that will contact the manager and give me a call back... 20min later still no return call, called back again and after a very long wait she transferred the msg from her manager saying that "he is off today and we can't help u in any way. The manager is back on tomorrow, so u can call then if u wish."

The manager can't even be bothered to follow up with the issue and resolve it when he is "back on"?? No help, no care, no respect for customers and empty stomach left me thinking very little about this...
