Let me tell you a story of our food from the killer tomato. There we were in Adelaide for the night. We had originally planned to have dinner at some trendy place in the CBD. But after a long day visiting the city of churches we were craving something easy; something familiar. A pizza! It was decided. But which place? There seems to be two restaurants on evey block. And while googling, there it was. A pizza place with a name just like the best d-grade film of the 90s. It was a sign. We got in the car and rushed over. The staff we welcoming and friendly. We ordered more than any two people could possibly consume. So much that we are sure the staff we probably confused as April 20th was two days earlier. How could two people eat so much. Upon getting the food it looked amazing. Toppings are plentiful. The servings bountiful. The smell was that of perfection. We got home and before we could even sit down, I popped a arancini in my mouth and bit down and... My ears dilated, a tear ran down my cheek, if I had an estranged father I would have picked up the phone and called him. It was amazing.
Pizza was pretty tasty too. Would definitely...
Read moreI've been here a few times already, and I can definitely recommend it!
Had a 9" pepperoni pizza with garlic bread and a drink delivered to me.
Pizza tasted nice, and the crust was crunchy as it should be. Garlic bread was soft and warm and didn't taste like the crap dominos served these days. Obviously, you can't really stuff up a coke can. Mine was cold on arrival.
Paid $22ish cash with no issue at all, and the owner was super friendly as always.
If I made 1 criticism here, I'd say that the pizza should be slightly thicker but not the biggest deal ever, to be honest.
This place also unlike other pizza places that are more well known puts a disclaimer for celiac and gluten free people on the website before you order so it's in your face and not some small disclaimer in the corner. This will be good for my friends who require such information when they come over and order from here.
Will be back for more...
Read moreI got take away, although it wasn't the shops fault the pizza was cold, $70 for 2 large pizzas i was expecting big things at $35 each! The base was spongy and felt hollow and the toppings while nice were very very thing and used sparingly. If u pay $35 a pizza u expect to have it full of toppings, the reviews were what got me to choose this place and I really wish they were more for the price I was very sad and out of pocket craving more food. Maybe it was an off. Night. I wouldn't recommend on my experience. I ordered the killer tomato it also had zero cheese on it was lacking toppings didnt have much on it like the photos i saw. It really needed cheese!!!!. The other pizza was a whopper. Great concept. Loved...
