Used to having lunch here and Enjoyed the deep fried chicken. But this time really disappointed with the food temperature, a serve of deep fried chicken not hot or even warm. If doesn’t want to re-deep fried, at least please microwaved. Complaint with the owner and would like to get a “normal” hot meal. She argued the chicken were taken from the food cabinet and that’s over 80degree based on the council law. I asked her to touch the food and obviously not even in 30 degree. Then she insisted if I need a hot food have to mention while ordering in the counter. OMG, I don’t even know I need to specially mention “hot or warm” meal when order a meal. Who else expect deep fried chickens in room temperature? Apart from this, I don’t even get any apologies from the restaurant, instead with hearing a loud aggressive unfriendly way during the complaining conversation. Really Bad experience first time. Not recommend to anyone who would like to have a normal food temperature here. Last, as a restaurant specialised in deep fried food, please make sure you serve food to your customers with standard food...

This is the worst place where you can eat at the kilburn shopping centre. The owner is an aggressive, angry and unrespectful person that does not care about his customers ! Today I ordered a dish that took about 40 minutes to be ready. When my order was ready, I was not hungry anymore as I already have food from my husband's lunch and requested a take away container which the girl serving advised that I had to pay $50 cents. I did not have cash at that point and reminded the girl that I had to wait long time for my dish and at least will deserve a free container. When the girl asked the owner he came out from the kitchen screaming aggressively that he did not care if I had to wait and I needed to pay $50cents... I really felt quite threaded by the way that this man spoke to me today and this situation ruined the nice afternoon that we were having with my family.. please don buy anything for someone that only care about the money from people instead of treating his customers the way that...

Restaurant quality tonkatsu for food court price!! One of the best tonkatsu (Japanese style pork cutlet) places in Adelaide. They have few other menus, such as noodles or rice dishes, but I only eat tonkatsu here, so only can recommend tonkatsu. Remember their name is TONKATSU! It is a small takeaway shop in food court. However, at least their tonkatsu is way above food court quality. I love tonkatsu and used to go other fancy Japanese restaurants in Adelaide for tonkatsu. Now this is the only place I go when I would like to have tonkatsu. Their tonkatsu was always cooked to perfection juicy, soft meat with crunch and crispy crumb. The food price is also very reasonable. They have variety of Japanese drink as well including my favorite Calpice Water. I highly recommend this place to any tonkatsu lovers in Adelaide. The only downside to me may be customer service. It's not bad, but little more smile and friendly approch can make their customer happy and end up make the owner...

Very mediocre. Ordered a bento box for lunch as we were attracted by the display and pictures. But overall taste and portion was just average. Honestly had way better bento boxes at the food court at Chinatown. Sauce was absolutely tiny, not much flavour at all in the protein or any part of the meal. Not worth the $15 for it. The shop also charges $1 extra for takeaway for each meal, but note that they serve the bento in takeaway boxes for dine in too.
