Went again for dinner, to check out their dinner menu. Very extensive but wanted comforting bowl of warm soup noodles. Spicy beef noodles just needed a bit more salt & richer flavor to hit the spot. Wrap your own rolls were delicious. Once again …staff was great and 10% with cash payment The west has finally reached the east !!! Good pho flavor & taste but the broth needs to be a lot temperature hotter cause with fresh noodles in relatively small bowl .. it cooled down too quickly. Get real spicy hot chilli please cause the one they used were so mild it would pass for red capsicum. Needs equal amount of sriracha & hooi shin sauce please - may be have bottles readily available on tables

My partner and I discovered this place a couple months ago and we go almost every week for lunch. We’ve tried the spring rolls, vermicelli noodle salad, the sweet potatoes and the rice with pork but our favourites are definitely the combination pho and the bao buns, they are always generous with the filling so you get your money’s worth (my personal favourite is the chicken bao)! I really like that they have a mini option for the pho too in case you don’t want a massive dish. What makes this place better than others is the lovey waitress who always welcomes us, she brightens the whole place up. If I could give more stars I would

This restaurant is only 3months old. Got some pretty good reviews, hence we visited. The Husband and Wife team was very helpful and obliging, always a smile. The food was ok Reasonable prices and portion size. Pho came with good amounts meat and basil. Creme brûlée was unique. The Vietnamese coffee that went with it, should be included in the menu as just beverage, cold or hot. We forgot to tell the owners that. I hope they take that on, cos VN coffee definitely has its distinct flavour, a must try. 3 stars because they have great potential for improvements. Good luck.

Best Banh Mi that I have ever had and lucky me because it's my local.

The roll was crusty without being tough, the pork was tender and well flavoured and the vegetables were crisp. It was perfect. Can't wait to try other things but definitely having the Pork Banh Mi again.

I've had two more visits since my initial Pork Banh Mi. Last week I had a Chicken Banh Mi and it was the second best Banh Mi I've ever had. Today I went for the Combination Pho (Noodle Soup) in a takeaway and it didn't disappoint. If I had to be critical I'd say that there was a few too many bean sprouts and a bit too much mint. But that would be my fault because the Pho ingredients are given to you in separate container and you combine them (to ensure nothing goes soggy). And, I just put everything together in the bowl. But still pretty damn awesome.

One last thing - the service is always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. So happy that Vietland Kitchen is my local...

We were intending to go to The Royal Thai which is in the same small group of shops, but it was closed for renovations. This was our plan B. It was cheap and cheerful, paper sheets on top of the tablecloths, and the toilet was a bit average. I hoped I wouldn't get sick after eating there, and I didn't. The wait for food was a bit long, we were beginning to think we'd been forgotten about. The staff were very friendly, and always smiling. It also faces due west, so around dinner time if you're seated facing the window you'll be blinded by the sun reflecting off the shiny metal outdoor table. There is an awning, but it's not low enough to stop the sun glare. Music started to play at one point, which I find really irritating. I thought it was another customer rudely playing their music on their phone but they left and the music continued. The Royal Thai is better, the usual place for family events such...
