Disappointed this time, served old meat.

We’ve always loved this place and often recommend it for their Korean fried chicken — it’s been our go-to for a satisfying meal. However, during our visit on June 9, we were quite disappointed.

We ordered the XL fried chicken and unfortunately noticed a distinct off-taste and smell that usually comes from older meat. It seemed like the frying and seasoning were used to cover it up, but the underlying flavour was still there. I ended up with a stomach ache afterwards, which was really disappointing given our past good experiences.

It’s sad to see the quality drop, especially when we’ve come to expect much better and paid $47. We won’t be returning for now — serving old chicken, even to reduce waste, just isn’t okay. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, because we really did used to enjoy...

Ordered half/half for KFC, sauce on the side as we have some people who can’t have the sauces. Didn’t realise I was charged $40 until I received my order! Menu states $35 + $1 for sauce combos. Went to ask why I was overcharged? Older lady who explained the pricing too me was very rude and dismissive. Was told that it was extra $3.50 for each sauce!! The sauce provided was TINY (see photos). And don’t understand why sauce on the side would be so much more extra in total?? I’ve NEVER had to pay extra for having sauce on the side??? Absolutely disgraceful. I paid $13 for a lamb (I use the term lamb very lightly) yiros and it was tiny, almost empty, the lamb was disgusting processed meat that looked and tasted more like Cheap over salted supermarket sausage meat and lightly garnished with shredded old limp and slimy iceberg lettuce. I could not even finish it. I only gave one star because you cant give none. Maybe I can give the star to the chips, not great chips but not bad ether. I would Not Order a yiros from here if they were paying me $13 to...
