Khana Khazana — Restaurant in Adelaide

My family and I were previously big fans of the restaurant. Some of the best indian food we've had. Tonight however was disastrous. I called to book a table before going to check for availablity on a Tuesday night. She said sure and took down my booking. When we went in the restaurant was busy with two big groups n few others. The waiting staff refused to offer us the table we wanted although they were free. They purposefully sat us on a corner and the whole time and the two girls who was waiting for the night didn't even look at our table to make sure we're served. When we got off the table to get their attention calling to them to order more, she just walked away!! And before leaving when we confronted them for bad service they told us off saying we're "going over". Then she started being rude to me when I interrupted for talking back for making a genuine complaint. She said "I'm not talking to you am I?" Like hello??? Is that how you talk to your customer? I don't wanna call names but she's one uptight rude lady ( being nice by calling her lady really).It's sorry they can't take criticism Hope they know they've lost a long time...

Worst service we ever received !! If you want to make the most of your money please don't go to this place. We had our dinner party with my friends (approx 35people), and it was ruined intentionally by the owner. . His behaviour towards us is tremendously aggressive and unprofessional. We instructed for the banquet service, but it was nothing like what standard service anyone would expect. I strained myself as I was overwhelmed with the low standards. No paper serviettes were provided,they didn't even have proper food applicances. I have to leave the party to get the soft drinks as they couldn't provide it. Hot tea was served in hot steel jug with no lid jug .... Due to unprofessionalism, we have to finish the party before time and very disappointed. I would never recommend anyone to dine in. Last but not least , the owner served us with dessert and took away not even within half an hour as he said it's closing time !!! Whatever i have written in my review is verifiable in...

Sorry, I cannot recommend anything about this restaurant. Service was very slow. The surly waitress didn't even approach our table until we'd been there for 40 minutes and the table was not prepared for our party of eight, even though we had booked. When we were finally seated, the chairs were so close together, I couldn't get out without asking others to move to allow me passage. The food was finally served and it was brought out at the same time, not in dribs and drabs. That was the only part of the night that went well. Out of all of the meals, only 3 said they were nice. For an instance, the Kofta meatballs were served up as some sort of savoury mince. The cook, when this was pointed out, didn't understand that Koftas are meatballs, even though the menu calls them a meatball!
