Within the last two months, quality has significantly dropped off. I was dining here semi-regularly and was ready to leave this place a good review, but my last three visits have been marginally lacking.

I have a strong feeling that alongside cutting-costs, one of two things have happened.

A member of staff that was holding this place together has left and their replacement is performing poorly.

OR

Someone that shouldn't be in the kitchen has strong-armed their way in.

Where the Chicken/Pork would have once been juicy and well seasoned, it is now often dry and bland. The rice and noodles are much the same. I always order a Bahn Mi on my visits, and my last three orders have been consistently wrong. Chilli when I asked for none, coriander when I asked for none, pork when I asked for chicken.

The iced coffee is also now also seemingly watered down which was quite a shock.

It'll be some time before I revisit which is truly a shame. They were the only I could get a Bahn Mi...

Was out north to get some things done, was starving but didn't feel like the usual take away. Started craving Vietnamese. Went for the recommended roast pork roll, omg is was amazing. Tasted healthy, loved it. My partner had the combination noodle soup, not sure if it was the pho. Menu doesn't state everything as I saw others collecting food things i didn't recognize. The noodle soup was good. It's more savoury rather than packed with flavour, so keep that in mind. Wish i could take this little jem restaurant back with me south of Adelaide! Oh we also had the chicken meat balls, they are simple...

I want to start off by saying your pho used to be one of my favourites. I have been quite a loyal customer over the past couple of years, but lately (and I'm talking last 4 times I've purchased pho from you) the quality of beef has been abhorrent as pictured. On my last visit, the broth was yellow, due to an excessive use of oil. This, combined with the beef meant I could not eat more than a few spoonfuls before discarding the meal altogether. I want to keep supporting you guys especially in times like this, but how can I when the food is...

Poor communication, ordered my meal and asked for sliced rare beef and gave me spicy beef. Also pho does come with bean spouts/basil/mint/lettuce etc. But they did not mention it was put inside our soups before serving to us. Will not come here for pho dishes, find a local restaurant if you want to spend your money for a decent pho. Spicy beef noodles was also undercooked and done El dente. Not the way noodles for this dish is supposed to be. The dishes here needs improvement when it comes to the soups.

Food was alright, the honey chicken are encased in quite a thick batter. It is 17.50 for mains and 3 choices. Not sure if it was written but there was an additional 50c charge when I asked if I could mix rice and noodles. Not a common thing across Chinese food stalls though.. The portion wise, for 18, is honestly rather little. The rice and noodles were probably only slightly over half of what other stalls would give. There are reviews of the pho being nice though so maybe give that a try instead.
