I've been here quite afew times now for breakfast and lunch and have been very impressed with the food. I have ordered something different each time and been pleasantly surprised. Until recently. A couple of weeks ago I decided to try their Chicken Parmigiana for a late lunch, it was around 2.30pm, and surprisingly this was the dish that proved to disappoint. It was served to.me with one side overcooked, not quite burnt, but the chicken was dry. It came with regular chips and what was meant to be a salad. It looked like a 5 year old had cut up.the tomato and the presentation was slapdash. I was stunned because every meal before this had always been great. I had to ask for some tomato sauce to eat it. I paid but when they asked I told them the meal was not good. They just smiled and said ok. I can't tell you how disappointing it was considering how good their food had been. Tried once more recently and got the Breaky Burger. Horrible. Apart from egg and bacon they cram avocado, haloumi and of all things salad greens topped off with tomato relish. The whole thing was just mouthfuls of relish!. I am not sure whether the original chef left but something is off. Needless to say I won't...

Can't attest to the store as I've never been but my Uber eats order the other week was shocking.

$25 dollars for a tiny portion of salt and pepper squid. Was poor value. And to be clear the whole meal was a small portion, but also the ratio of squid to chips was crappy too. Didn't taste great. "Aioli" was clearly just mayo. And the salad was very depressing. Even the chips were just some cheap nasty variety. I have literally nothing good to say about the order.

Edit after contact from the shop: asking me to email you to arrange something to appease ME. doesn't address the issues in the review. I don't want you to make it up to ME. I'd much rather you consider adjusting your quality and prices so that EVERYONE that wants to buy from you has a good experience. Giving me a free meal or a coupon or whispering sweet nothings doesn't address the problems that people who may encounter this review may face. Appreciate the gesture but I'll wait until I see your prices change or I'll try again later and see if the quality...
