Order placed through Uber eats - a burger, a barramundi pack and a serve of chips, as well as a bottle of coke. Captain Hook (I doubt its his real name or if he is an actual captain), did not provide all items in the order (the order was minus the order of chips and the barramundi was obviously butterfish. When contacted, our gratious captian was not so gratious. He blamed the uber driver and uber for his obvious inability to provide the correct items in the order.

Captain Hook's is a modern and clean shop with an extensive menu of "packs" of seafood and chips similar to those at Barnacle Bills. Packs can include various types of fish and the usual crumbed prawns and calamari rings. They also have a great range of fresh salads. this place is my favourite fish & chip shop! the food is great quality & fresh and at a great price - it doesn’t cost too much for a meal. The shop is always SUPER tidy and hygienic and there’s plenty to choose from menu wise. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, I have never had a bad experience here and my partner and I actually go there to eat at least 1-2 times a week!
