Would not recommend this store, worst attitude and customer service abilities. Went in yesterday to grab a fork, waited by the register to be acknowledged, she was serving another customer but even as she was waiting for the burrito bowls to heat up she failed to acknowledge me or interact with the one customer in the store, walked to the back and front and still still hadn't even locked eyes with me once; very strange to not acknowledge someone in front of you for 2-3 minutes, especially if you work in fast food. Finally as the customers left she greeted me with a "yea" and charged me 50 cents or the fork. I later realised there's not even a button on their screens to process the cost of the fork, meaning it should have been handed out for free. My partner ordered a beef burrito about an hour and a half ago since then He has been constantly vomiting has not stopped vomiting for the past hour He is not the only one that is extremely sick from eating your food. there are two other guys that he works with that are extremely sick and are heavily vomiting to.

this is a massive (food and safety issue) for all three of the boys to fall extremely sick a couple of hours after eating your beef burritos is a serious problem. Youse have obviously given them off mate or you have kept that mate on the bench for way too long. I really think yous guys need to go over your food and safety paperwork and seriously get a Hassett manager to come in and go through all your stuff and check all your dates on all your products.
