Poor and appalling customer service. The food is a total disgrace to Indian cuisine. I am a food enthusiast and would love to eat from restaurants to try their cuisine. Surya, you guys need to improve on the quality of the food and Customer service.
Poor customer service is one of the leading reasons why you don’t have any customers at your restaurant or anyone who had previously visited with no intention of returning.

She said it will take 30 to 45 minutes, and when I requested if it is possible to have it in 30 minutes ? Her reply was, "our chef gets very annoyed when people order only naans, no curries".
