January 2024: Forgot I gave them an ordinary review and made the mistake of going to this store again.

Well, it got worse.

Ordered around 1pm - Custom got a burger with the slaw added - not really much there as seen by photo. As opposed to the supercharge sauce, which was everywhere.

Meals had been squashed into a bag with the heaviest one on top (My guess is they were waiting for fresh chips then someone made the call to send it with the dregs of the old Chips, then they shoved the heaviest meal on top of the other two.

The picture of the chip box is with no Chips eaten or left in the box where they had spilled.

Have been using this store for many, many years, but these last two experiences, not even on busy days have been incredibly disappointing.

Pro tip - I'd rather wait 6 minutes for my entire meal while you make sure there are enough chips, and that they are edible than to be served this absolute nightmare. You shouldn't make the burgers, then realise you have no chips, then go to wait for the chips, then realise it is taking too long and the meals are going to be cold... only to then just 🤷‍♂️ send it anyway.

End result is sub-par burger, disappointing meal experience, and $47.50 across the three of us wasted.

If you make a choice to send a potato and gravy to a customer that has gravy spilt all over the top of it, it makes me question your decision making overall.

Replace the lid, or grab a different one? Or clean it? Literally anything other than this.

Started buying here as Gilles Plains KFC was so terrible. Had good experiences for a while, then a few weeks ago got undercooked ie partly raw chips, and partially raw chicken in a zinger burger, they refunded nd replaced and apologised. Out again we dined in instead of drive thru. First , when our order number ws called the staff member refused to hand it over telling my daughter it was not her order, had to go back and stand with the other waiting line up. Called it again, she finally said "THAT IS MY ORDER", no apology but gave it to her, without straws, napkins and spoons etc for gravy of course, so had to wait in line in counter to get them, food going cold. Then she opens her burger and it has a hair in it. By then she is sick of it all and I take it up, they ignore me standing there with an open burger in a wrapper, until I point out "THERE IS A HAIR IN MY BURGER". Manager rushes it out the back and comes back and says can you show me where the hair is? I did not have my glasses on, left at the table with my going cold food... she then proceeds to tell me it is actually not a hair but some packaging which should not be in there, so replaced it and gave us free chips which is just as well as my own chips were by then stone cold. As a bonus, when I sat down to my cold Zinger burger, I discovered it was an original burger.
