the owner of this place is horrible, witnessed him yell at his employees while he just sits there barking orders, we orders eggs Benedict and a latte from the man then paid and went back to our table, then our food came and and we asked is there a coffee coming too? and the nice lady said she’d go check, once she checked they both came back to our table saying he didnt charge us for the coffee and the owner came up behind the lady screaming at us and getting agressive saying we said no to the coffee so we’re not getting it… the lady pushed him away and kept apologising for his behaviour and we then got charged for coffee and it arrived after we had eaten food. we had finished it was nice food. then went back in there and i asked him hey are u the manager and he said yes im the owner, and i was like ok cool bye and he followed us out yelling at us infront of all the rest of the customers saying don’t come back to my buisness and wouldn’t let me talk and cut me off , was so unprofessional and rude and is aggressive towards his...

We dined for brunch and all patron and staff interactions with this man were unnecessarily unpleasant, argumentative and arrogant that we couldn’t wait to leave the heavy atmosphere of this cafe and we will never dine here again solely due to the negative vibes he creates.
UPDATE: Further to our review, your below response is incorrect and it’s obvious the patron you reference with 2 empty coffee mugs must have also experienced your unpleasantness! There were plenty of available tables while we were there (now very clear why) so I’m unsure what you are again referencing. As with other patron reviews that share their experience of your business, you take the approach of justifying your poor behaviour with animosity, placing the blame on the paying customer. walked in and ordered our usual meal, however it was a sunday and they were busy which was understandable, therefore all their tables and chairs were full which led to us having to sit at the next door cafe which had lots of empty chairs and tables, I explained this to the man taking orders which looked like the owner and he said that's fine and he'll look for our number when our food is ready, however when our food was ready he walked up to our table and told us we cannot sit at another business and eat their food, which again is understandable and fine, but the way in which he said it was extremely aggressive, It was a simple misunderstanding was turned into a big deal and we had to take couldn't enjoy the meal sitting down
