Sun Hing — Restaurant in Armadale

The ordering system needs overhauling... take away food was left on the table in boxes and the front of house was pretty chaotic. My order was chicken something instead of plum pork... hopefully the person who ordered chicken likes pork...lol... Make sure you take a bag big enough for your order because boxes will not be given to you under no circumstances by the soup nasi... there was a heated discussion between kitchen hands... we took order in a paper bag and due to parking shortage we parked in council carpark gingerly carrying food trying not to spill it. Anyhow $79 for 4 people was very reasonable (for these days) and the food was good. If there was a more efficient system of order numbers lit up on the wall or even called out as the kitchen staff bring it to the front house table, that would be good because there is only one person taking orders while the food is stacking up coming out of the kitchen. If there was a person responsible to hand out the finished orders it would definitely be better for all concerned. Thanks for doing your best under circumstances front if desk, and nice kitchen lady. Box Lady... be nicer in future. Maybe advise customers ( new at least) or remind existing to bring a hot...

Myself and group of 12 all up booked for lunch. Food has changed in price I guess from inflation which isto be expected in this economy. The size portions seemed to be alot smaller then other times visiting (have come for many years to this location). Service on a Thursday was really lacking. We had to keep getting up for things and continued to ask and no one asked how our meals were Or ask if we needed anything else. They seemed very understaffed for the amount of people in the restaurant. The bill was over $200 we arranged to pay when some of the guests stood out side to wait for the cars to collect them, an elderly asian lady who works there come rushing out saying something in a foreign language and only thing that was understood was "paid" one of the guests replied they had paid. The woman continued to walk in a circle around everyone with her fingers and just stared at the guests the cashier then said something to her and she the proceeds to walk back inside. That was really rude and no apology was made for the uncomfortable position that was done infront of children.

My family and I went to Sun Hing on Sunday 29th November for dinner. The service was sub-standard as the staff had forgotten our Pork dish and when queried about the mistake they promptly snapped back in such a manner so as to infer that the error was with us. Very unprofessional. As such, in it's totality our order consisted of Vegetable Hokkien Noodles, Beef Hokkien Noodles, Satay Beef and Special Fried Rice, for which we were charged $48 or $12 per dish. Personally, I believe that $12 for a small container of Special Fried Rice is exorbitant and borderline extortion. Furthermore, over the last several occasions I have been forced to attend such an establishment for dinner I have been left feeling Ill and unwell more than once. The condition I am left in after attending this establishment can only be considered to be poor as I often have to endure facial numbness, headaches, severe bloating that lasts up to three days and abdominal discomfort. I say again, this is not a one off occurrence and repeatedly happens here. Therefore, please think again before visiting this...
