Following a nightmare experience with the Belmont Store; Armadale store decided to join in on the not so fun for me experience. After being directed to the Armadale Store from Belmont to fulfill a click and collect order, I arrived at Armadale and was advised that there was no stock. A bit of context - I did a click and collect order with a Belmont consultant who advised me that Armadale store has stock and I could collect in the same day. I drove from Belmont to Armadale within 20 mins and arrived to the store having no stock. I was told by the staff at Armadale that they expect stock in the afternoon if I wanted to come back and I agreed. I attended the store 2 hours before closure only to be told they still donât have stock. I was advised that the consultant was speaking with Booragoon store who had stock and was happy to hold the phone for me to attend and place an order. Armadale told me they would have to cancel my click and collect order and once I arrive I should be able to place a new order and collect the phone. I drove 40 mins to the Booragoon store only to be told no order can be fulfilled as the Armadale store misinformed them, and didnât cancel the order correctly. Thanks Telstra for not only wasting my time but also fuel and a good 100km between 3 stores only to leave each store disappointed, with no resolution and no phone. Leading telecommunication service but no form of communication between stores ? Or better yet no system that actions anything in realtime....
   Read moreInitially we had great service the guy we dealt With was great very helpful and paitent we were told in a week or so we would be contacted regarding our order only to wait a a month with no call so we decided to call them only to have encountered a rude staff member who reluctantly wanted to help us and told us that our service was not available and call to NBN after talking to NBN telling us it was set up and ready to go we contacted this store again to get another incredibly rude staff member who made snide comments and didnât want to help us saying that we were wrong and it wasnât set up when it had been etc. totally disgusted, disappointed and astounded with the service provided I understand Telstra is a busy place and sometimes difficult to deal with however have NEVER experienced service like this before wonât be going back.    Read moreHorrible experience! I went to Telstra Armadale to purchase an iPhone 15 on 08/03/2024. The next day, I wanted to return the phone along with all the packaging and receipt for a refund. However, they refused to provide a refund, stating that as a WALK-IN customer, I was NOT entitled to the same 14-day unconditional full refund policy as Apple stores, even though I returned the phone within 24 hours. Furthermore, the lady's attitude was rude.
"I want to highlight that when I purchased the iPhone 15, the Telstra staff did NOT inform me that there would be NO 14-day return or refund service once the purchase was made."
