Dôme Café - Armadale — Restaurant in Armadale

My cake came immediatly, 2 of our coffees came a while later, the remaining 2 coffees were given to someone else even tho when you order you are given a number??? We waited & waited then went to find out what's happened to the rest of our order. This was not a busy time & they had 2 coffees over which wasn't what we ordered!! They gave our order to someone else!! They did not think to come round to see who still had a "number" at their table when they had 2 coffees over!! They quickly made our 2 capps which after all that time were not capps but flat whites!! These girls are not trained in the difference!! No hospitality training. No Art in Coffee making training either..... just how to work the machine. Each table's order should come at the same time!!! No...

Regular customer of Dome at the old location and always happy. Went to the new location today and very disappointing. When I ordered the lady taking the order was simultaneously having a conversation with 2 work colleagues and wasn’t listening and kept asking me to repeat my order and got it incorrect as was too busy listening to her colleagues talk than taking order. I stood there waiting for receipt and she proceeded to serve the next customer and never gave me a receipt that I requested. She appeared to have a a French accent so not sure if that was the issue understanding my Aussie accent. Several of tables left with food long after customers had left....

Dome is a good place for families to go on a easy breakfast out.. however Dome Armadale's managers are rude and disrespectful, the attitude when they speak to you is appalling.. then during the conversation they just turn and walk off instead of dealing with the situation in a professional manner.

I will iterate this bad attitude and ignorant behaviour has only been at the Armadale Dome. If you are in the area, I recommend heading down the road to Kelmscott Dome. The staff and management there are professional, well mannered and engaging.
