Domino's Pizza Ayr — Restaurant in Ayr

Same old same, it's the mass produced pizza taste, and it tastes bad, it's not like a real homemade pizza it tastes fu, and its expensive as hell, especially the delivery, it's 20 dollars no matter what I order on delivery. That makes it impossible to get, and when the dominoes restaurant is only a K away it is extortion really then it Takes forever for the arrival of the deliveries, even then the pizza is slid of the pizza dough because of bad driving by the delivery driver. Multiple times they have mixed up or left out items in my order.. then they also told me that they would no longer be delivery to home hill area, where my elderly family live, so it's tuff for them anyway but now they are not even entitled to over pay for a pizza. So in saying that it's totally different and no where as good and affordable as dominoes in Hong Kong, or NZ, and definitely nothing compared to American dominoes... It's going to really have to reinvent itself to the Aussie way if it's going to be good food by good people, just don't cut the corners and do something for taste not profit.. I know they make billions I just wish they had fresh pizza that tastes like homemade Italian...

This has to be the worst Dominos I've eaten from. I've had countless bad experiences with them since being in Ayr. Of them getting the order wrong and being very unhelpful when you question it.

One thing I've noticed is they do not like sharing their cheese. Even when you pay for it. After stopping order and eating from subway at the weekend instead for about a month I decided to get one and pay extra for extra cheese. The pizza that was given to me didnt even have a regular amount of cheese on it. Let alone 'extra cheese' I paid extra for. Did I got back with it and complain you may ask? No. Because last time I ordered cheesy garlic bread, and it came out without cheese, and I handed it back, they made me wait 15mins while the 'made me another one' only to give the one they made me to someone else and hand me back they original they gave me.

I can understand a mistake, but when they dont take ownership of it and its every single time...

I placed a order at 7.25pm a d my estimated time was for 8.07pm-8.22pm. I waited until 8.44pm before contacting the store. I rang 10x and no one picked the phone up. I had to ring the Townsville store to message the Ayr store through teams chat to see if the store was open. I did the feedback form and gave a very bad review. I got the pizzas delivered and 2 pizzas were wrong and I only received 3 pizzas. I ordered 5 pizzas total. $76 worth of food. I have come to the store and have been seen by the team member who is completely stressed out as he and another team member is the only people running the stores. The store is a complete dump and messy as. I have asked for a full refund and new pizzas to be made. The tram member is making my pizzas but can't make our actual pizzas because he run out of ingredients. DO BETTER AND TREAT YOUR...
