Flames Burgers & Grill (Roselea Shopping Centre) — Restaurant in Balcatta

My husband and I used to have breakfast here every Sunday. We even took our adult children here on a few occasions. As hubby struggles to chew sourdough bread, we have always asked for 'normal' bread instead. This was never a problem in the past. The last time we were there we were simply told 'no' they don't have so we left to find another restaurant. This morning we decided to go back and give it another try as we really do like this place and we're told 'no' again. Shocked and disappointed we left again and we will never ever go back. To be clear, there is a Woolworths two doors away from this restaurant. They would rather refuse a request than get a rather hefty amount of money from us. Their food is average anyway, no loss to us. We love to support post Covid to help struggling businesses but you will no longer be one of them. If you told us 'no' from the beginning and explained why, this wouldn't have been a problem. You can freeze bread, we'll happily eat this every time we go there as it gets toasted. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm, friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The staff are genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere.

From the moment me and my mum walked in we were greeted with such kind manners and smiles all around, we felt comfortable straight away. All the workers were so kind and were so joyful with us and they seemed like they really love working here. They treat their customers with such class. Everyone was so accomodating. The place was also really clean inside and out. It was very eye pleasing, from the moment we had walked in we just wanted to be there, it was so captivating. The food on the other hand was also a 10/10. The food that was served to me and my mum was exactly how the photos were,, if not better then the actual photos presented on the menus. The food was also served in large portions so don't think that you are going to get a small portion when you are ordering your food.
