Roselea Kebab & Turkish Bakery — Restaurant in Western Australia

This is the 6th time I've ordered from the kebab shop and yes the food is great, I follow the Uber eats app everytimne and ask for meat box, and added chi[ps and garlic sauce ! And I get meat kebab with chips in, I follow the app and meat box not kebab with chips in it! The app must be a little confusing if it’s happened 6 times. I’ve changed my rating to 3 star as the food is delicious but the app is confusing! I will try to order again and will keep you posted! Sorry for the initial rating I was just annoyed that it happened again

Roselea Kebabs! You’ve don’t it again, disappointment now 7 times.

I thought that maybe after the the first and second, third, fourth and fifth time I’d complained about your issues and inability to provide what you described, you did it again!

Last time I will ever order from this place! Great tasting food but rip you off! That’s why I was hooked the taste.

When ever does a meat box contain chips? Only when a company is trying to rip customers off! And provide a tiny layer of meat on top of 3 layers of chips.

It’s a meat box for a reason! Meat no chips lol laughable. Must rip customers off with this daily.

I ordered a meat box which should only contain meat. A side of large chips and garlic bread etc! A meal for for one.

I ended up with minimum meat on top of basically a chip box! Large chips and garlic bread.

What sane person would order that many chips! No one!

Don’t ever buy from Roselea kebabs in Stirling! Waste of money and whole lot of cheap chips!

First of all I ORDERED A PIDE NOT A PLATE. The person who took the oder said sorry for his mistake and shop was not closed at that time.There were few customers behind us.

The thing is not the mistake it's about how manager behaved in that situation. He told he can't do anything about this, Yelled us to leave the shop, Called me a A$$HOLE instead of saying sorry. Just look at your CCTV footages

I ordered a lamb pide today but they gave a lamb plate. I called to inform that to them and they mention that there are no bread coming for the pide and told us to come to shop and see the menu again. So I went to shop and I informed it to them. Then there was a one person who told us he is the manager he can’t do anything for this mistake. He said it’s our mistake and can’t even give us the refund or change the order. He told us its our mistake we have to check the order when we take it. He angrily warned us not to return to the store and to leave, or else he would call the security. His customer service is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life upto now. But the person who took the order apologise and said its his mistake. No one should hire people like this for any business. Here I have attached a screen shot of the call and the photo of the order with the bill. THE WORST CUSTOMER...

The good:

Excellent falafel, some of the best I've had. Excellent kebab. The pizza base was excellent and delicious. Pide bread is excellent. Clean store. Fresh ingredients. All bread made in store and it tastes fantastic. Pizza cooked perfectly. BBQ sauce is excellent.

The bad:

The cheese in the Pide didn't taste like anything and was a little plastic for my tastes. The pizza cheese tastes great though. The pizza sauce is a little sweet (black garlic maybe?) which is not to my personal taste. I prefer savoury sauce. The chips taste fantastic in store but I would not recommend having them delivered. They go soggy very quickly and even 5 minutes in travel they get soggy. That's not really the restaurants' fault though. No small chip size, only medium or large which is too much for one person.
