As a regular customer of the store over several years I have recently seen a huge improvement over the last few months. The staff are friendly, greeting you with a "hello, how's your day?" They remember my order as a regular customer and always engage with a friendly chat.The cleanliness of the store, availability of stock and standard of food quality and service have increased ten fold. I have ordered platters to cater work meetings and events on many occassions. The quality and presentation is always high standard. We went on Monday and the price on the board was not what we were charged. I have contacted subway headquarters and no response that's why I am putting on here. I was overcharged and that's not good. There was a price on the specials screen and when I questioned the price they said it was a different price and didn't know how to meet the price advertised. Worst experience ever. Paid $23 for a $15 salad bowl. Veggie patties weren’t even heated, got charged extra for basic stuff like lettuce and tomato, and they wouldn’t let me have more than 3 sauces even though I offered to pay extra for it . Saw another customer throw their food in the bin because it was that bad....
