Wow, what an amazing pizza experience! I recently tried the pizza from this place, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. The sauce had a delightful balance of tanginess and sweetness, and the cheese was melted to perfection.

I recently ordered three pizzas from this store, and one of them came completely covered in red chillies like one whole red chilli on each slice. When I called to address the issue, I spoke with someone named Raunak who was extremely rude. He told me not to come to the store again and said they don’t deal with customer concerns after the food is handed over.

Instead of helping resolve the issue, he blamed me and said, “next time say no chilli—that’s how we make pizza.” When I asked if they could remake the pizza, he flat-out refused. To make things worse, he was abusive on the phone.

I ordered a pesto chicken and a peri peri chicken pizza from these guys. Specifically put into the notes that I request no contamination of bacon or any pork in my pizzas. Asked them to ensure it is Halal. Specifically put it into the special instructions tab while ordering. Picked up the pizzas, and my pesto chicken is full of ham. Called the place to ask politely for either a refund or a new pizza. Apparently their staff are in training and it’s somehow our concern. Absolutely ridiculous.
