Cannington Fresh Markets — Local services in Beckenham

Just like any other common man, I have visited this place and others in search of fresh green and good price.

Not the first choice to go and buy Veges. There are 9+ Vege shops within 5 Km of radius and the price simply just doesn't do justification.

The quality is good however other business are offering similar quality at a lower price. Tested and tried many produce over the period of months before writing a review.

No doubt your onions are cheap, but people don't eat onions all day long.

Not just fresh produce, for eg:- oat milks are $4.99 at yours and same brand is at $2.20 at Woolworths. How do you justify that? This is just one product I have a whole list of items that is not just few cents but couple of dollars more.

Slight price difference is understandable however several fresh and non fresh items are way over. You're in a highly competitive area and pricing can make or break your business here.

Customer service is OK, could be improved while being more customer centric. A loyalty program doesn't cost much and goes a long way bringing in enormous profit in long run. Kindly consider that aswell. Businesses are rewarding people for their money spent and you don't want to get left behind on this 🙂 it benefits you and the customer both.

Have you thought about your cash register location. It's right on the face when you enter. If its pushed a bit on the side that would be so better. Having an open space at the entry has a great sales psychology behind it. That's your first selling point 😜 the first impression.

I’m delighted to share my great experience today at -Cannington Fresh Market,during my maiden visit to this store. It’s ideally located on the main road with lot of parking available and well connected with public transport also. Here, I found the quality of fruits & vegetables is amazing and the prices are competitive. All the items were nicely displayed and store was immaculately clean. The store is not overly crowded but the staff is polite and love to serve their customers with a sweet smile on their face. Love to visit again in future...

The staff and produce here is 5 star. During the recent pretty strict isolation, I rang Cannington fresh a few times, placed my order and paid over phone. Mike was fantastic organising it all perfectly then coming out and putting everything in the boot. All contactless. I was pleased to go back in myself today and the young lady on the checkout was smiling and pleasant as always. They have covid19 precautions in place too. Well...
