Title: Consistently Disappointed by KFC Staff's Treatment
I have had repeated disappointing experiences at Cannington KFC that have left me feeling mistreated and frustrated. Nearly every time I visit, my order is incorrect. Despite this recurring issue, the staff consistently makes me feel like I am at fault.
Rude and Dismissive Attitudes: When I point out the mistakes, the staff's response is rude and dismissive. They make it seem as though I am being unreasonable for expecting my order to be correct. Their unprofessional behavior only adds to the frustration of having to deal with incorrect orders time and again.
Wasting My Time: Moreover, I have to waste my time returning to the restaurant to correct the order. It's incredibly frustrating to have to go back each time, especially when the staff treats me as if I am the one making the mistake. This unfair treatment is unacceptable and adds unnecessary stress to what should be a simple transaction.
Poor Compensation: To make matters worse, the compensation for these repeated inconveniences is a joke. A reluctant exact replacement of a missing piece or bland chips hardly makes up for the consistent hassle and disrespect I face. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location.
Record of Previous Issues: The final insult was when they mentioned that they have a record of me having previous issues. Instead of addressing the root cause and improving their service, they used this information to further imply that I am the problem. This is completely unfair and unprofessional.
Manager's Disrespect: One of the managers even turned their back and walked away while I was talking to them about my concerns. This level of disrespect is appalling and unacceptable from anyone, let alone a manager.
Stressed Staff and High Turnover: Every time I visit, the managers and staff look stressed out, and this stress reflects on the customers. It’s indicative of poor management skills. The staff turnover is incredibly high; there's a new face almost every time I go. This instability is a clear sign of deeper issues within the management.

Read moreYou know, I always said you reopen KFC in Cannington again, it will be busier than all 3 locations that the closest while it was closed (Karawara, Riverton and Thornlie) all put together and I was absolutely right. Be prepared to wait over 20 minutes in peak times. Not because they are slow, far from it but because they are so busy all the time. It definitely would be because of the location, directly across from the main entrance to Carousel. Much better location than the one inside the old Carousel car park too. Enormous store with a dual lane drive-thru (believe me, they need it). Store reminds me of Karawara on the inside except easily twice the size. And the service is outstanding every time. A efficient well-oiled machine, this store. Kudos to the management for running such a tight ship here. Karawara is a tiny bit closer to my current house but this is the store was only about 3 minutes away when it first opened last year and I was still living in Cannington so sometimes it can be worth it for that extra couple of minutes drive and extended wait time to experience such amazing...

This time I arrived at 9:00 and decided to use the drive through as it only had 4 cars in front of me, big mistake I was trapped for 25 minutes waiting for the queue to progress, they weren't using the first windows so all orders where taken and issued through the final window and it was taking ages. Finally my turn and placed my order, the reply? "sorry we are closing at 10:00 so we aren't making food" it was only 9:30 and I had waited 25 minutes already just to be told they would not make me any food. When pressed she yelled into the back to ask what was available, 'Chip and wicket wings'.
