This place is not on the top 10 list of burgers in Perth but it definitely should be. I ordered a double cheeseburger, fries, and strawberry shake.
The burger: this is a smash type patty meaning the chef smooshes the pattie into the griddle maximizing contact area and browning. I can tell from the flavour, texture, and juiciness of the patty that it probably has a higher fat content (which is not a bad thing). The patty is also slightly thicker than some of the competition (e.g. Hoodburger is a noticeably dryer, flatter burger), but they haven't taken the caramelization as far as Hoodburger. With Hoodburger they have little bits of crispy beef at the edges which is what makes them special. Burgerfans should consider doing this. You get cheese, pickles, and onions as well as burger sauce. The bun is nice and soft, and strong enough to hold all the juices that come from the burger without falling apart. This is one juicy burger, which feels great in the mouth but makes for a slightly messy eating experience (you can't have one without the other i'm afraid!). Despite being a double patty, this burger is compact enough that you can bite from top to bottom in one bite (my pet hate is burgers that are made so thick that you have to use cutlery). I could still taste the beef and cheesy goodness an hour afterwards, it is really that good.
The fries: excellent. Can't come out any better. Cut a little thicker than shoestring, with a perfect crunchy crust and soft potato inside. A little salty for my liking.
The strawberry shake: very good. There is a bit of fruit in there which is a nice touch.

I was high value surprised both by the speed and the aesthetic of my burger when it arrived.
Sadly, the flavour combination did not really matched it's looks.
I tried The Peppa Burger and it seems to me that although allowing the individual flavours of the food is good when we are mixing them for a dish, there should be a sort of linking element in between. I have seen the pair of beef and pork done with coleslaw and similar. Nothing of that sort happens here.
The chips were also straight from the fried and super fresh and crunchy, however their flavour was bland and they were fairly light, almost no...

The loaded fries were fantastic, great taste and perfect amount of pulled pork and sauces. The gravy with the chips was especially delicious. Unfortunately the burger was smaller than expected, very dry, couldnât even tell there was aioli in it and the mushrooms were very rubbery and seemed as though they were cooked a while ago and so not too fresh. The prices arenât too bad though and thereâs a fair bit to choose from on the menu which is nice. I would be keen to try some of the other burgers and to dine in at the restaurant...
