Chicken Treat Belmont — Restaurant in Western Australia

This chicken treat used to be the best in the area. Unfortunately since the teenages have started working afternoons and also having no managers on at that time the food quality has gone massively downhill. First our order was wrong, the teenaged did not repeat the order back to me to double check he had the right things, no receipt either. When i came back in to get the proper meal there was no apologies or customer service at all, he was just silent. The chips today were over cooked, the chicken roll had 1/4 of the amount as what it should have and drowned in mayo. Hopefully these issues can be resolved as you were starting to get quite a good reputation for fresh and quality food. It's been years since we've had chicken treat. I have always loved your chicken rolls with that yummy dressing.

Well tonight we had an absolutely amazing meal from the Belmont WA store, Thank You so much.

Nothing was greasy, everything was crispy and delicious. We even tried the Jalapeno cheezy bites which we also enjoyed. The coleslaw was creamy and tasty and the Onion rings were just a good size and not just full of batter like many other places serve.

The young lady that served me was pleasant.

Absolute disgrace. It was only a year ago I used to get the 5 dollar chicken roll and chips deal and they served the chips in a small box and the roll was full of chicken. Went there today for the same deal and got a small paper bag of about 7 chips and the roll? forget it!
