I had an unpleasant experience buying coffee here. Even though I paid first, I received my coffee later than others. When I asked the server, "I paid before them, right?" she smiled politely and said, "That's right." No explanation, no apology—just a smile. Ok, that is it. 😊

Thank you for your response. However, I don’t quite understand what kind of high-end cappuccino needs to skip four people before it can be served. In fact, four customers received their coffee before me, not just one. When the first person got their coffee before me, I thought it might have been a simple mistake. But when three more people received their coffee ahead of me, I became confused and frustrated. On top of that, the server’s casual “That's right” only made me feel more upset. Therefore, I find your explanation unreasonable.

When I raised this issue, the staff first responded that my cappuccino took longer because they were “waiting for milk.” However, after I questioned this explanation, they edited their response and removed the mention of milk, claiming instead that “it’s not about who pays first.”

This change in explanation seems like an attempt to avoid responsibility rather than provide a genuine answer. If service order is not based on when customers pay, then what is the ordering logic? Why was I not informed about any delay during my wait? Why were four others served first, with no communication or apology?

Dropped into Innolab Cafe for a coffee and breakfast. Quite a nice open Cafe when you step into it, the place is clean and I was greeted by the Barista. Selection of food is good and presented neat and tidy. The Cafe has a self with purchasable display items (well I think they are?). I like the lounge section with the red armchairs, it separates you from the busy part of the Cafe (such a good idea and didn't look tacky). The place has an outdoor seating area too.
