Female barista this afternoon was incredibly rude. She made my coffee incorrectly and snapped at me when I asked her to remake what I asked for. I specifically asked for a short mac due to my sensitivity to milk and was delivered a latte. When I asked if she could remake it with less milk, she snapped at me and said "well what would you like me to do about it". When I asked for less milk, she didn't respond and turned away from me. The remade coffee I'm certain was just an espresso, and not a very good one at that.

I know it's just coffee, but as a uni student who has had a busy day the rudeness was pretty unnecessary. Dan is the only good thing about this place, I've learnt not to come when he's not working.
