Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bowen

I don't usually post reviews because I don't see a point, but since my family is stay in Bowen I just had to leave this review. On Tuesday night I called to get a delivery and a girl named Natalie I believe answered the phone, right off the bat she apologised if the service was slow as in store was having technical issues, then proceeded to take my order with a cheerful tone and I could practically hear her smile through the phone. They checked my order and said it was 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later they said they forgot to make the pizza or something. I don't know if I'm going to get my pizza in (another) 10 minutes but I'm definitely going to red rooster tomorrow. 5/5 to the staff for the service and the delivery. We stayed at the Ocean View Motel travelling back from Brisbane to Townsville. No options for other motel meals as we passed the cut off time however, kudos to you 👏 for we ended up having the best pizza and sides.
