Attended this store drive thru today the 22nd june 2022, and ordered a large double quarter pounder meal, a classic angus meal and a box of 20 nuggets. As I since got home not far from the store and my partner and I have consumed our meals, we have only a few hours later began to feel very nauseas and violently ill like symptoms of being sick inthe stomach. As this has been the only food in which we have both consumed this afternoon, we could only believe that the food may be contaminated as we have both established that when consuming the nuggets that they were very un appetising and tasted ofvery poor quality. As i have been trying for the past 2 hours to contact the store by phone unsuccessfully as the phone appears to be un answered by your night staff it would leave customers woundering if you have any reliable staff working or actually performing their work duties when there is no supervising management present. I would believe management may wish to review their HACCP procedures and ensure that there food preparation is being followed at all times as I would be incline to seek advice from the health department about this experience we have endured from your store this evening. I would also wish to advise the management that this would not be an isolated incident of experince of poor quality food being served by your store in the last few days of visiting yoir store. 2 days ago I was served stone cold chips with an order I had made there, and it would be enough to stand by the claim that your store and staff are inadequately trained in HACCP food safety or just don't have any consideration for one's health and don't care. You may be what you call a fast food outlet, but you still have food safety guidelines in which you are to oblige and meet as a food store.and yes I have a receipt for my food in which we ordered Very disgusted customer. Read moreI don't normally post reviews but I've had the displeasure of stopping by here on a quiet Sunday afternoon. We kick things off with a printer error from the kiosk screen. Fine, typical of most Macca's, but it's a slippery slope from here.
After placing the order (just ONE large meal) it took 20 minutes to make. The store was very quiet including drive thru. The other customers in store had to wait incredibly long too, one girl was waiting 15 minutes for a singular soft serve. The Uber Eats driver was at the store the entire time, upwards of 30 mins. Never been to any fast food place that takes this long, especially Macca's.
The food finally arrived and the Macca's worker looked defeated saying my order number (which I didn't know because the receipt printer didn't work). The cheeseburger was barely wrapped and was presented effectively undressed. It was also so poorly put together that it looked like it was thrown 20ft across the kitchen. The fries were stone cold, and the Frozen coke was warm enough to have melted.
How can you stuff up a Frozen coke? It comes out of a machine. It's the most automated part of the whole process. It was barely frozen and tasted like pure syrup. McDonald's Brabham deserves an award for managing to ruin every part of the experience and warrant the world's longest Google review from me. It's so bad that I'm spending less time writing this ridiculous review than it took to make my food.

Read moreHad a special voucher for Mc Chicken meal for $6.00 but instead chose to pay for the burger so I can get what I am craving and spent $8.05 because they do not add extra lettuce to special meals on the voucher. A simple Mcchicken with extra lettuce and requested repeatedly and paid for the extra lettuce. The staff did not bother and gave me a burger with no extra lettuce and the little lettuce was also rotten. Called them to complain and the staff said their lettuce in store is fresh. I said I have a picture. No apology but was asked to drive back. The counter staff did not open the service window and kept looking away to avoid contact because he was the one who took my original order and I had told him to make sure they put extra lettuce. Manager Mr Lachie came smiling and asked for the photo and very poor attitude. I handed the rotten burger back and said what a waste of time and they should do more than just a burger after having me drive back and waste my time. He said he is replacing it and that is good enough. He took the old burger back and again this time gave me a Mc chicken with no extra lettuce even though I asked him if this time it is with "extra lettuce".
