Not a family friendly place. As a local I've been to FATS a few times and their food is nice. Got told today no prams allowed and that my pram needed to be parked in the toilet corridor that has a door separating it from the tables so would be out of sight. I am a twin mum, it's impossible to hold 2 babies and have brunch at the same time. No offering of high chairs or to sit outside just blunty told no prams. It's not easy getting out the house with 2 babies, didn't expect to be told no prams when they only had 2 tables occupied so could have easily taken chairs off a 4 chair table like we have done previously to allow room. Read moreWe're locals in Bridgetown, and I have to admit to loving FATS. Their entire menu revolves around bagels and the range and delightful variety of fillings keeps us coming back for more. It's a favourite place to take visitors to Bridgetown and the coffee shop is just part of the charm - they have an extensive (EXTENSIVE!!) array of Christmas goodies for sale year-round, a small section with a range of interesting toys and some fabulous artwork for sale and on display. Read moreRecommended by some workers in the district, three of us decided to have brunch at FATS. Of note was the Falafel bagel, falafel being home made were delicious and fresh. Outstanding, though, was my Jimmy Giggle, simple yet really delicious. The third was the Walwa which I was informed was wonderful (gone before I could have a taste). The coffees were delicious and the hot chocolate uniquely served with a side of scrumptious chocolate buttons. So good, a second was ordered.
