Baskin-Robbins Boondall — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Night of monday 16th november 2020 around 7pm.

Total disapoitment, "do you want or not". That was exacly how the person who was working on that night said.

Lets start with me and my son enter in teh shop and "nobody" show up so i saw the person in the back looking his phone, after few minutes he show up and ask what we wanted, i ask him about the cones and my son choose the flavor he wanted, all good so i decided to have a cone too, i look the flavor chocolate mousse (I will be very specify on this one), i ask to try, the person pick the top part what was pertty melted and give to me, (im not joking the ice cream was warm, tasted not very good) but i ask to have a cone of that one, when i saw he making the ball, i could see all the ice cream was pretty melted, and i ask him if he could pickup from harder part, he look to me and said exacly " do you want or not, this ice cream is like this". i regret to say yes, because was horrible i throw that in the bin 2 minutes after i left the store. what makes me more disapointed was, the store didnt have ANYONE, the guy received was pretty bad, with all this issues we having now, maybe have this kind of people working at s store like this show up why nobody is going there.

Walked into the store with my husband and daughter. There was a mother in front of us with her two daughters, finishing up their order. We probably waited for them for about 3-4 minutes. They left the store, and we waited right at the counter, being completely ignored by the two female staff who were "working". One of the women was putting gloves on as slow as a snail, milling around - seemed what looked like as wasting time. She didn't even look up at us. The other greeted a man who walked in after us, printed an order on the machine, then he walked out. I said to my husband 'are we going to be served?', to which I wasn't addressed, and so we walked out. Again, not addressed as we were actually walking out. Such a rude manner from the staff, the poorest customer service I've experienced in a long time. No point in giving a business our money when...

Usually treat myself to Baskins every now and then. I only went to this store because we moved and it's the closest. Very dissapointed in the cleanliness. There was chocolate smears all over the counter and also on the outside of my cup. My hot fudge was not even a teaspoon full as I could hear the pump sounding empty. But did not bother compensating me and charged full price. I guess I was used to the friendly service and cleanliness to my old Baskins store at The Grange. Maybe the workers should show a bit more pride. I don't mind paying for overpriced ice cream as I rather enjoy it but not at this shop I'm in 88 look dresser staff was friendly and hospitable but just need to care more maybe. Didn't even offer me a paper bag to carry the ice creams I bought. I had to ask for it. Sorry Virginia Baskins and Robin's but I will be going to Aspley or...
