Arnott’s Biscuits — Local services in Brisbane City

The quality has declined to the extent that we no longer recognise these products as Arnott's. It's very disappointing. The Vita wheats are much thinner and broken in the packet, not to mention completely tasteless. Iced VoVos are smaller, the topping thinner and the coconut looks brown. On some biscuits, the 'jam' is detached and found in the packet. Definitely NOT what we grew up with. A shame this iconic Aussie brand no longer has a quality product. Arnotts biscuits was an Australian icon, not anymore, they have gone to the pack. I don’t buy Iced VoVo and so many others, because you’ve totally ruined them. Now the Shredded Wheatmeal biscuits are sooo thin they crumble in your hand after one bite. This happened to a guest of mine, they break with one bite and crumbs everywhere. So many favourite biscuits have now disappears, you’ve lost the plot and another customer. I don’t mind paying more for quality but I’m not paying for thin crumbling biscuits anymore. I tried getting an answer from arnott's about why they stopped the Anzac Biscuit Tin's with a response that it was no longer within their range. I thought 20 odd year's of fantastic Remembrance National deleted in one foul swoop. Also your new flat bread cracker's are a load of crock.
