I will NOT dine here again, tonight we ordered two power burritos which we know are gluten free and tend to split at times. We have eaten them multiple times as my partner is a coeliac. When we got home tonight the wrap had disintegrated, I was unable to even pick up the wrap. We returned to the shop and asked for a refund, the young girl called her manager in which the manager (I believe her name is Tracey) was incredibly rude and dismissive over the phone telling me no refund, it's a gluten free wrap mate! Continued to speak over the top of me and have no respect or wanting to show any by continually calling me Mate and being condescending. My partner and I refused to eat there after her being SO disrespectful telling us we can have another wrap that's it no refund. So we walk away empty handed they get to keep our 40.00 dollars.
