Never go to it again. It ruined my daughter’s birthday and my fridge. The Asian lady didn’t tell me it is an ice cream cake and need to keep it in a freezer. I kept it in 4 °C and it melt totally. I spent two hours to clean my fridge and had to buy another birthday cake from Woolworths. We tried to contact the manager. Guess what? This Asian lady is the manager. She said it was my responsibility. So how do I know it is an ice cream cake? There is no sign to tell me. Very very bad experience. No matter this shop had this low rate and lots of people complain its bad service.

Totally lie! The manager replied my comment that she told me it was an ice cream at the payment. Actually she said nothing about the cake when I was paying by card. As she said there was information on the package. Yes, there was. But I saw it after the cake totally melt. Because the information was very small and at the side of the box as the photo 2. Who will read this kind of information...

Here is some good advice. Turn the rowdy music down, and select melodic 'background' music so those serving don't have to yell at the customers and lip read what they want. Do your customers a big favor and get a ticket system so your customers are served in the 'order' they arrive (not whoever pushes their way to front of the que first). Take a long hard look at the big $$$ you are charging 'per scoop'. Conservatively your ice cream works out at about $50+ per litre, which is highway robbery. So be 'VERY' generous with your serves and get a 'BIGGER' scoop. Remember you want your customers to leave happy :) not regretting they stepped through the door which is...

However, the serving sizes are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I once came and got toppings on my ice-cream and noticed the actual ice cream size was tiny. But I just thought it was to compensate for the topping (not that that’s ok). So the next time I went I didn’t get toppings, and I must say, I’m hugely disappointed.
