Poor customer service and always no greeting offered to anyone. The guy with the tattoo on his arm seems less interested in working here and is always on the phone looking grim with no enthusiasm. Either he comes from the outside side entrance or from his car. Most of the time, the store has no staff in the front. Most have to wait always to order.
Chinese combination noodles have shrimp and prawns. The staffs never add the big prawns. Only a few tiny shrimps are there. Cost cutting at whose cost? I pay for it. That, too, upgraded for a big bowl. Other meat was very minimal, and they just added noodles for bigger portions with no corresponding increased portion of meats and vegetables.
On another day, I ordered a pick-up from the app after 10pm, and they functioned till 12 midnight. The Asian cook handles the store with doors closed and treats customers poorly. If the cook can't handle the store individually with the door open after 9:30pm, why let people order on the app? Treating customers poorly and make me wait outside? Read moreOrdered food on the 3/3/2022, when I went to pickup I asked the lady who handed the ordered that if they took special attention to notes when I put a note saying CHICKEN WELL DONE. Waited untill the guy at counter said yes yes without even listening to my concern. I got home as my son and I were about to have dinner and as soon put noodles and chicken on plate and as expected chicken was not cooked properly. Tried calling more than 10 times and not a single time went to voicemail nor person answered. Email contact centre and still not heard from franchisee which also expected. We had to end up ordering food from another restaurant. Dont waste your energy, money and time going to this Takeway. Obviously they don't know the process of running a franchise with same process and quality as advised via Head Franchise Office. How do these people even get away. Read moreI am utterly disappointed with the experience I had at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that basic manners and customer service were absent. There was no greeting, just a disinterested stare. The staff's bad attitude was palpable, as they chatted and laughed amongst themselves, seemingly oblivious to our presence.
To make matters worse, we took extra precautions and reconfirmed our order not once, but twice, and yet they managed to serve us the wrong dishes. It's astonishing how they could mess up something so simple.
I'm not one to usually post reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I regret not checking the existing reviews before ordering; it seems I'm not the only one who has encountered such a terrible experience here.
