A beautiful way to spend a rainy Sunday🌼

We had such a lovely afternoon at this very unique fine dining experience,  that takes place on a fully renovated bus. Inside has been transformed into an elegant and charming European style tram dining carriage.

Da Biuso is a family owned business (support local🤗) serving up beautiful Sicilian dishes that are not only gorgeous to look at, but also delicious! To compliment the food, they also have a carefully curated Italian wine list. You can try by the glass or have them perfectly matched to your meals.

Everyone was so lovely, and being a new business, they are open to being the best they can possibly be taking on any feedback one may have.

They are able to cater for private events too which would be perfect for a small party or they can even cater up to 150 people outside.

One to try if you are a fan of degustation, or if you have never had a degustation before and would like to experience something special- this is a must🌼

Note: There is parking located inside as you drive in to go to the restaurant. Vegetarian options available, and vegan options will be a possibility in the future. $170pp, wines not included with matching wines available for an extra cost. My husband and I dined here last night for Valentines dinner and quite literally this place exceeded all of our expectations. This is a beautifully decked out bus parked at Bretts Wharf owned and run by a husband and wife team and their son. The 7 course degustation was some of the best food we have ever eaten and the service by Sarah was second to none - nothing was left unturned - she was knowledgeable on wine and food and took us on a magical food and wine journey. My compliments to the Geoff and his son - I don't like oysters but that oyster dish was divine and the Cappelletti All Norma was a taste explosion, however all the dishes are amazing and you will not be disappointed.
