Updated review Unfortunately the quality has decreased since change in chefs and doesn’t have the same atmosphere since change in service staff (after first review we were regulars but after a few not so impressing experiences we won’t be back). We also contacted them to provide feedback and received no response - This place used to be incredible, what happened?. The seafood isn’t fresh and you get half the amount also other meals are doused in sauce and were very thirsty after, it just wasn’t as clean and authentic unfortunately 😞. ** Top photos posted from when they were great bottom ones last experience not so great.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! The food at Kibou Maroochydore was outstanding — everything was so fresh and beautifully made. The service was impeccable; I honestly felt like I was dining in Japan. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, and the ambience was cosy yet classy. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough — a true gem! $55 for all you can eat quality sushi and sashimi.

Kibou is a moden japanese restaurant, is a very spacious restaurant with friendly staff.

I ordered the chefs special 21 pieces of sashimi. This was by far one of the best i have had in the last 12 months, premium fish, the scampi where so sweet and fresh! All the seafood was quiet subtle in flavour because how fresh it was. 10/10

I also had the grilled chicken and cheese sushi. The chicken is not grilled its deepfried. However it was so tastie it was quiet sweet because it had a layer of mango, then some mayo and some other kind of sauce. Very nice.
