The young girl serving was quite rude and dismissive

I ordered a value feast $27, where she mistakenly thought I said family feast $39. Easy mistake which I totally understand, perhaps I could've been clearer. I realised this error and alerted her. Her mannerism when dealing with this was quite sluggish/teenage brat like especially because it wasn't busy, but oh well.

Once I received the meal, I asked for the partial refund, as I was charged for the family feast $39 when I ordered the value feast $27. She instantly said with no hesitation, 'they are the same price'...

The board clearly shows that they are different prices, once I told her this, she kind of shrugged her shoulders and walked into the side room... thankfully the manager came and sorted it out.

We all make mistakes in work place and that is fine, I've certainly made mistakes and try to learn from them - if she would rather accept the mistakes and learn she'll do well, rather than acting like a brat and trying to trick me into thinking they were...

Been to kfc several times ! We always Order a Mega feast with 15 pieces but we constantly have to re check our order before we leave the drive through as we always have things missed out of it ! Or the order has the wrong pieces of chicken in it and I specifically ordered half normal and half spicy and it’s even on the RECIEPT !!! And on YOUR BIG SCREENS in front of you !BUT get home and open our meals to ALL spicy chicken! And only 10 pieces not 15 This is not on at All! I will not be coming back here or ordering from Maroochydore this is the second time they have done this ! Yes mistakes are made but not TWICE ! Please make sure you are giving your customer what they ordered and PAID for this is a luxury to my family and I expect what I ordered and paid for !!! I will let all friends and family know ! we will now go to another KFC ! Not a great...

Today I went to maroochydore kfc the drive through was very busy because it was raining so I parked to get some food well I went in only 3 waiting so not to bad I ordered and waited and waited for 45 mins for my order which was a 5 tenders combo swaping out the drink for a gravy. After waiting so long I they called put 5 tender combo so i grab it and left to my discust when i finally got out of the carpark and went to eat my meal all that they gave my was 5 tenders and gravy no chips so that was a very expensive 5 tenders for $17.95. So very disappointing... and you cany really complain about the service BECAUSE THERE WAS NONE.. SO EXPENSIVE TO EAT KFC SO YOU SOUND CHECK THE ORDERS PROPERLY.. LOTS OF PISSED OF PEOPLE THERE TODAY as one other lady was they her frozen drinks were down to half by the time she got her meal. The look on her face...
