If I order skewers on DoorDash, please actually leave the skewers in in the meat. It does matter, as the experience of eating meat on a stick is what any customer would expect. I ordered 8 skewers and while the amount is correct and tastes good, I was a bit sad to just receive meat in a box. Leaving the skewers in makes a difference, and would probably save you effort too! Otherwise, don't call them skewers on DoorDash, and please call them meat in a box instead....

Skewers grilled over charcoal is always a good idea. The lamb skewers were especially delicious. We had medium spice which I felt had a nice kick. The chicken soup with rice noodles has a nice mild broth with a lot of white pepper added. The pipis with glass noodles had a great garlicky flavour....
