This place used to be amazing. Great staff. Great atmosphere.

Today two staff raised their voice at me when I requested a refund for a mislabelled price on an item. SO SORRY it was an inconvenience to you but it is my RIGHT as a customer to highlight false advertising in a business. And instead of acknowledging the mistake, you decided to yell at the customer. It’s called false advertising and you lawfully have to upload the price you have advertised. “Read the label” I did. It was $7.99 not $15.99. Consumer Affairs laws state you have to sell the product to the customer as labeled. It’s not my fault that I highlighted your mistake. So sorry for the inconvenience.

It USED to be a great place. Now you have staff that complain and raise their voice to customers for THEIR mistake.

I just purchased a gourmet roll there and it was terrible. The bun wasn't fresh and borderline stale. The lettuce seemed like the outer withered leaves that you throw away. It was supposed to have aioli on it, which did have a slight taste of that when I got to the middle, but nowhere near enough. These dressings/additions are what help your rolls and sandwiches to not be dry. Heaps of ingredients which is a plus, but still a disappointing experience biting into a stale bun, minus most of the lettuce that had to be removed. The dessert on the other hand, though quite pricey ...are great. With such carelessness for the roll though you wonder if these a bought in. The smoothie was made fresh and...

The squeeze has nice vegetarian/vegan options. My usual order is the acai bowl, which is usually really nice. However, more recently, I have found it can be very hit and miss, and the acai bowls are expensive, so this is disappointing. Sometimes they are really smooth with a good amount of toppings, other times (like this morning) they are almost completely frozen with ice chunks, only a very light sprinkle of muesli (a teaspoon or less) with off tasting blueberries.
