This terrible experience spans over 2 consecutive nights!! Last Tuesday I made a pre order at 4:15pm, 2 pizzas, garlic bread and Pepsi. All to be delivered at 7:15pm. I got home from a meeting at 7:25pm and my son informed me the pizza hadn’t arrived. I rang Domino’s to be told they were busy and that the pizza would be delivered at 8pm (my youngest sons bedtime!) At 8:15 I call and ask for the manager. My pizza still hadn’t arrived. The manager said there was a printer issue and that the order had been in the cabinet for the past 30mins and was no longer serveable. He offered either a credit or refund or to make more and deliver it in another 30mins. I opted for the credit.
The next night I rang to try again. The girl on the phone said I had $35 credit. (I had already prepaid $25!!) I asked to have the same order again and asked what else can I have? She asked the manager and offered me a second Pepsi and garlic bread. I said that’s not good enough. Then I was offered a dessert pack. Still not good enough!! I then asked for another pizza. Initially I was told no but then they said I could. The girl then said my order would be delivered at 8pm. I got home at 8:10 asked my son AGAIN where’s the food? It hadn’t arrived. I ring Domino’s to find it was put down as pick up and had been ready for over 15mins. I then go to pick it up. I saw the duty manager and explained the nightmare experience I’ve had OVER 2 NIGHTS. He then game me 2 extra garlic breads. Still not happy! I think I’ll start using Uber...

When a team member finally approached me I told her I was there for a pick up and she went to check behind a counter after which she came back and did not communicate anything with me. There were other customers and it was obvious the team there was behind on orders. Another team member approached and I repeated the same process with him and he went and checked and then… didn’t do anything. It’s now after 9 and the other customers have left. The originally lady at this point had told me that she would update me when my order was ready (even though the app said it was ready and had sent the quality check photos). Finally, a third team member approaches me and I tell her that I am still waiting on my online order to pick up and she checks the system and then goes to the same spot the first two team members had gone to and comes back with my two pizzas which had apparently just been sitting there… The interaction with the team at this Dominoes was honestly really disappointing (specifically regarding customer service) and could’ve been handled much better. Read moreOrdered 1 spicy peppy paneer and some sides. I always add pineapple instead of cherry tomato. I am vegetarian and this is. Eat option in dominos. When I received pizza, there was no pineapples and couple of pieces of cherry tomato in pizza. Peri peri swirl on the pizza was just little. Mainly, there are couple of pieces of prawns 🍤. I can’t eat any no veg food religiously. I called to dominos regarding the issues, guy over the phone transferred to manager, I explained him everything and he agreed to refund and remake the pizza which great. I went to shop to pick pizza, guy over there told me he is assistant manager and delivery driver talked with me over the phone so they won’t refund me any amount and make the pizza. He was lied to me that manager didn’t spoke me over the phone and not agreed with both refund and remake the pizza. Guy have name batch without name on it. Finally he agreed to remake pizza and refund. In that pizza, no jalapeños on pizza, no peri peri swirl, heaps of paneer. Very poor skills of pizza making.
