Subway — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I don't usually order Subway and therefore I am unfamiliar with the Subway Menu. One Thursday morning about 8am, I walked into the Acacia Ridge store to buy some lunch. To my surprise I was the only customer in store and the phone wasn't ringing with orders so I saw no sign of stress or volumes of pressure from customers. At the time there was only one female staff member prepping the kitchen work area and so I casually asked if she could tell me which is the most popular selling Subway roll. Immediately she was rude, rolling her eyes and sighing at me like I was a massive problem, it was to say the least absolutely dreadful and I felt awkward. I couldn't believe how horrible this staff member was being and so I asked if she was okay and if she was having a bad morning? Wow she was quick to tell me off by saying she had heaps to do and she didn't have time to tell me what sells good from what doesn't. I told her to stop speaking that she has no right to speak or treat me like that and to snap the hell out of it. There are so many important issues in the community her bad mood is not anyone's responsibility to work through but her own. Attended this store yesterday morning to get some subway. Stood there for 3-4 minutes waiting to be served. Got told they would be with me shortly, watched them making Uber eats and packed away bread while I stood there for a minute or two longer. One staff walked away. No urgency.

Not only the poor service but they were making the subs as if they were rationing the food. Watched a foot long subway get made and saw 4 pieces of cucumber. They then put less onion on it than your usual six inch would have. Next to no cheese. Asian owners trying to cut costs left right and centre. Was disgusted with the service and the quanity of food being used so I turned around and walked out. Shame there was not a...

Dismal. Worst I have come across out of all the subways visited. A goat would of had trouble stomaching it. And I was utterly starving, I eat anything when I'm starving with no complaints but this thing sent me withering. " what cheese would u like"... " anything thanks I'm not fussy ".... No cheese forth coming ... hmmmm she must be deaf?..... half way through " sorry I'd like it toasted"!!!..... tips everything out and toasts it. Then kills it with toppings.
