Actually ZERO stars. Scheduled an order 2 hours prior to delivery expectation for sons birthday. Received text from Uber asking if I’d received order past delivery time, selected no, next option - call store. Called store 3 times and the same girl hung up on me each time while I waited to find out where my order was. 4th call I got a “manager” (male) who said he didn’t know what I was talking about so said I’d come into the store and disconnected the call myself. Arrived at the store and the girl who hung up on me three times happened to be the girl at the counter which she acknowledged. She walked away and literally cried in front of counter to other staff because I asked why she hung up on me three times. Spent entire time in restaurant with staff starting at myself and my sons girlfriend. Was approached by male who then told me my order wasn’t even in the system so asked for full refund of $60 order I placed hours ago and handed phone over with evidence that order was processed. Then approached by another female staff member who told me my order was already on its way. On my way home to retrieve order, which is now cold, I’ve recalled store to ask why I was hung up on and also why I wasn’t in the system - yet pizzas were delivered (hours late) and cold by the time we got home. Asked male “manager” what the name of the girl was - he suddenly didn’t know who I was talking about or her name so that I was unable to provide feedback. Both should be reprimanded for behaviour that is not appropriate or professional, as had the male hang up on me also. The customer service in this store is absolutely DISGUSTING. No explanations, refunds (or understanding of how to process one), no apologies. All the staff stopped and stared at me because said incompetent girl who hung up on my 3 times was crying. This is the second time this has happened to me in this store - food apparently on its way and then missing or nothing in the system to prove order placed - even though it’s recorded either on Uber or your bank account. Read moreI have been buying Dominos for 6 years as it is one of the few places that caters for my daughters Anaphylactic allergy to cheese, they are usually very empathetic and go out of their way to offer to use a clean blade to cut it for us, for which we are very grateful. Of course they also tell us they can't guarantee it will be safe, we always take this on board and agree. We always check the pizza before my daughter eats it. Unfortunately this was not the case with a young lady that took my order over the phone, she was so uninterested and could care less, has she even had the mandatory allergy training? Even trying to give her my name, she wasn't listening, even after spelling it out to her and pronouncing it 3 times. When I arrived, as expected, instead of putting my name as Polly, she thought it funny to put Pooy on the order for all to see on the screen. Hilarious! I complained to the man, who I think was the manager, he said he would have a word to her. I really hope so. I also found a piece of cheese, that my daughter is highly allergic to and showed him, he said it wasn't cheese. I tasted it and it definitely was. We also found another larger piece of cheese when we checked it at home. We have bought cheese free dominos pizza from many locations in QLD, NSW and Tasmania, and only had a problem 2 other times in 6 years..this girl was appalling with a horrible attitude for no reason...so...
Read moreI had a very bad experience with Domino's pizza delivery. I had ordered several items from their menu, but when the delivery arrived, I noticed that some of them were missing. I checked the receipt and saw that I had been charged for everything, but they had forgotten to include them in the delivery. I called the store and complained, but they said that I had to come back and pick up the missing items myself. This was very frustrating and annoying, as I had already paid for the delivery and expected to receive everything I had ordered. I wasted a lot of time and gas going back to the store to get what I should have gotten in the first place. The pizzas themselves were not worth the hassle either. They were very expensive, but they tasted like cardboard. They had very little cheese, sauce or toppings, and they were dripping with oil. They were not satisfying or enjoyable at all. I would not recommend Domino's to anyone who is looking for a good pizza. Pizza Hut is a much better choice, as they have a wider selection of pizzas, with more flavors, more quality ingredients and more generous portions. They also have better customer service and delivery, and they don't make mistakes with the orders. Pizza Hut is the best pizza place in town, and Domino's...
