Omg where do I start! Being recently diagnosed, it's been super hard for the hubby to be and I to find places where I can eat and feel confident in doing so. Whilst down in Brisbane looking at wedding venues, we just so happened to stumble across this magnificent Cafe on our way out of the shopping centre. I nearly cried of happiness but it was nothing compared to when we bit into the deliciousness of the pastrami bagel. It was mouth-watering, flavoursome and honestly the best bagel I've had ever! That's being gluten free and normal mind you. Moving on to their raspberry and chocolate baked cheesecake, oh my. But leaving the absolute best creations ever, are the macaroons and the lemon coconut slice.. I was left speechless after my first bite. Not only were they made with perfection but the taste of all of them, to die for. I'm looking forward to going to Brisbane again soon, just to dine at...

August 22 , 2019. I ordered the pumpkin and salad bagel just before closing time. I went to wait just near the window of Sportsgirl. Why was it taking so long? It was pre-prepared in the sandwich display cabinet. I went to have a look. "Are you putting that in the microwave? ( it had salad greens) A microwave oven can kill a foetus, Pediatriton and Pre natal doctors will tell you" I said. "Can you just put it on the plate?" She reaches for a tectonic planet plate. "The small plate" I said. I take the bagel to my table and bit into it. One bite. The bread is like gricini, or biscotti. ( A sweet Italian dried cookie, macaroon, or biscuit) I take the plate with the bagel to the counter. "I'd like a refund. Why is it like that?" I say. The young waiter says " Probably because it's been in the fridge all day". He hands me the refund. Cash. I paid card. I say nothing...

First and last time here. Poor customer service by unprofessional, poorly presented and spoken 20 somethings. Ordered a coffee and cake to dine in and was told they would “call my name and bring it too my table”?? Why not give table numbers? There’s a logical option! After waiting more than 10 minutes and observing their staff of 6+ all socialising, I had to get up and ask when I could expect my order. Coffee was okay but grossly over priced and they didn’t give me the cake I ordered. Pointed this out and they refused to bring me what I ordered and instead returned with a card for a free coffee on my next visit. Word of advice… if you see a cafe staffed with this type, know that you can expect zero respect or service. This kind is rewarded...

Run into this convenient booth near the lift and got attracted by their name "Artisan". Found they selling several varieties of whole beans thus giving their coffee drink a try. Unfortunately they don't offer Single Origin coffee drinks, just house blend which is Edith blend using Brazil PNG Guatamala. The long black was well made with right temperature of water so it wasn't too hot for immediate consumption. Fruity flavour with well balanced of sweetness, acidity and nuttiness. A small hint of astringent aftertaste. The water might be too much for Small one-shot cup, next time we shall ask for reduced water, or extra shot.

Worst food I've ever had and the longest I've ever had to wait for it. I ordered through their name on UberEats (Mel's Melts), it lists the actual restaurant's on the receipt as well. It took them over an hour to prepare a toastie and an ice chocolate. I don't mean I got it after an hour including the delivery. I mean preparation time was over an hour. The toastie was incredibly small. As was the ice chocolate and it was completely full of ice, no real drink included. Toastie arrived stone cold and NOT even toasted. Didn't even taste good. Way over priced, terrible food, never going back.
