Kenmore Grillād seems to have serious problems maintaining minimum customer service standards and serving orders correctly. This must be the third time we have visited and experienced subpar service and missing/incorrect items on the same night, this instance being Sunday 03/11/24.
We arrived to dirty tables; I picked a half eaten chip off the booth seat before sitting down. Our table was not correctly stocked with knives and napkins, we had to get up and help ourselves to both. We watched every other patron have to do the same while we were there.
Most staff were unfriendly aside from one girl at the counter. After ordering in the app, my father received a warm beer. The waitress was clearly aware when carrying it over, but still left it with us. When we felt it and had to call her back, she said there werenāt any colder ones in the fridge, and her only solution was to put it in a glass with ice? A beer! The minimum standard would be to offer a refund, but any functional restaurant should maintain fridge stocking standards to avoid this.
The most negative aspect was the kitchen staff not realising that their noise and behaviour was disturbing for customers. While Grillād was playing licensed music through their speakers, kitchen staff were also playing musical theatre show tunes off a speaker in the kitchen at the same volume, and singing along loudly. We were on the other side of the restaurant and yet could hear both songs clashing against each other. The dissonance was so grating, almost nauseating. I know this sounds whiny but Iām not exaggerating. I understand that they looked like they were having fun while working, but customers shouldnāt be forced to endure two songs at playing the same volume.
Burgers and chips came without our sauces and we had to pull up our app order to confirm we ordered them. This is a regular occurrence at Grillād Kenmore, so itās high time they implement a clear procedure to ensure kitchen/waitstaff avoid forgetting to add these...

The staff, bless their hearts, were friendly and attentive, making me feel like burger royalty. And the food? Good quality, the flavors were on point with each juicy bite offering a temporary escape from the shock of my hijacked wallet.
However, as the taste of those delicious burgers lingered, so did the bitter realization that this was just another outrageously overpriced fast food burger store. I couldn't help but wonder if they were secretly sliding gold bars into the patties while my back was turned. Is a burger really worth a small fortune? I mean, let's keep some balance at the end of the day it a BURGER!
So, here's the bottom line: great service, good quality food and a hefty dent in your wallet. If you enjoy paying a premium for your fast food fix, then this place is for you. But if you're like me and your bank account likes having a few extra zeroes, you might want to mosey on down to burger joints that won't leave you questioning if you accidentally stumbled into a gourmet burger museum.

I ordered 2 burgers and some chips takeaway. After 20 minutes waiting I asked how much longer (as plenty of people whoād ordered after us had already collected their orders) and only then did they discover an issue with the order whereby only 1 burger was sent through to the kitchen. So I waited while they set about making the other burger. I was told āit will be another 7 mins waitāā¦10 minutes later I asked if the first burger would still be hot by the time the second burger was ready. So they quickly remade the first burger and our order eventually arrived with apologies for the wait. I mentioned the fact weād been waiting over 30 minutes and they said sorry, it was just an error with their system. I would have appreciated at least an offer of a small discount or a free drink or chips thrown in, but...
