We went to Happy Kim Keperra to celebrate a friend's birthday and introduce her to Korean food. We all had a wonderful experience! I had mentioned that it was my friend's birthday when I called the day before and the lovely proprietor treated her like a queen and even made a special birthday dish for her (miyeok-guk). We ordered Japchae, Happy Kim's chicken and dumplings and they were all absolutely delicious and accompanied by kimchi and rice. I can't recommend Happy Kims enough. The service is fast and the staff friendly and the food is authentic 'down home' korean cooking. Love it!

Went to Great Western for dinner and saw the new restaurant Happy Kim was open. We bought a range of mains and some fried chicken. Wasnt overly impressed with any of it. The bulgogi beef was barely warm. Korean ckicken was ok... decent serving size but a bit bland. The 2 other dishes mushroom and jeyuk(?) were better but not great. Cant recommend going back as there are alot better korean restaurants in Brisbane.

Went to Great Western for dinner and saw the new restaurant Happy Kim was open. We bought a range of mains and some fried chicken. Wasnt overly impressed with any of it. I've ordered takeaways from here a handful of times now and it's been excellent every time. I truly hope that this place never changes and never closes. I get the bulgogi bibimbap with an added egg, the spicy sauce is on the side and I can't handle it so I never add it. It's perfect. Feels like a solid healthy takeaway. Also, the egg is runny and perfect. We've also ordered the Happy Kim fried chicken, which is the best around. I've had Momos plenty as well as the place at Everton Park and this one is far superior. Couldn't recommend more. Sorry no photos because I never think to take them...

Ordered Mayo Fried chicken rice bowl and kitchen sweet potato chips.

Best fresh fried chicken! 💯 The perfect crunch before you get to the most delicious succulent (perfectly cooked might I add) chicken. Definitely coming back. The chips with Kimchi was so good too. The chips were delicious and the mayo with the kimchi was a great way to introduce someone whose never tried it before to kimchi.

Atmosphere I gave 3 because no one was in there when I got there. The place was clean, the tables were quickly tidied up. I was seen to straight...
